Visiting Tatonka kennels (sorrells)

I need some helps ;)
I am thinking of visiting Tatonka Kennels, interested in sorrells blood. However, I don't know how much they like visitor, or afraid that I will be wasting their time, as for certain... I am not buying the dogs from my first visit. I need time to think about it before I buy them.

anyone have any opinion on these. Will they mind if I visit them?

Its best to contact them and let them know your intentions and that you want to view the dogs before you decide to purchase a pup from them!

Always call ahead before you just show up at someones yard. Besides common courtesy, some folks just plain dont want the average joe on their yard (understandably with snitches and dog-thiefs!). Just give her a call and let her know your intentions and that you are intrested in taking a tour and wanting some input on her line.

I am sure she would be glad to talk to you and offer you any information you might need. They are very good people to deal with, and we have been dealing with them for years. Our entire yard is based on their stock, if there is any info I can help you with, please fell free to contact me directly. :)

Joanie is a lovely wonderful person to talk too. She has helped me numerous times over the phone, not even knowing who I am. I'm sure she wouldn't mind, but it is always polite and respectful to call ahead.

dont mean to sidetrack here...but that is a BEAUTIFUL F____King animal! I'm guessing pure Sorrel's???? Im a sucker for black n tans ("Tri's").....but overall...that is one beautiful dog. How is he in other aspects???

If you want to see black and tans, you definitely need to go and visit Tatonka, she is standing Zeke right now and he is one awesome specimen of the B&T genetic. Tommy Buck is looking great as always, :)

lmao @ mtnman, and of course we love your girl, :)! As far as condition and breeding, have you looked at her site? If so that is exactly what you will see when you show up at the door. Those pics are true and accurate to the constant condition these animals are kept in, they were not cleaned up just for pics. Their breeding practices are solid and well thought out. If you would like to see more of what is produced off that yard, take a look at my site. :)
