New dog on the block

Whats up everyone. Been reading the forum, and figured I'd participate. Anyway, a little about me. I'm a New York boy, born and raised. I reside in Austin, TX and have since 2002. I'm the proud owner and friend to a 16 month old APBT.
I got him from a backyard breeder in Austin as well. (I'm not scared to say it) He has proven to be a very sound dog. He's great with the family, people and other animals so far. I had papers for him, but lost them in my house somewhere. :o I was told his bloodlines were gator and chaingang. My belief on this is simple. I dont know his ancestors, so basically I dont know chit. He could be from the soft as cotton blood line. But for gameness sake we'll say he is Jeep, Carver, Crenshaw and Boudreaux. There, now he is really game. :rolleyes: LMAO

Do you live in the city? I thought pits were banned in the city of Austin? Had an aunt that had pits and they had to move out of the city.
