Today my lil angel Nestle went in to be spayed... I am a bit nervous, but know that she will be fine. I just hope that you all will say a special prayer for my girl.

Prayer said. :) And I think she'll be just fine. Just remember it is a bigger operation in the females than males & that she may be sore for a few days. However, some of my dogs came bouncing home & never actied sore, painful, or otherwise. They were back to being their ole destructive selves in no time. But good luck with her! ;)

I'll send some good thoughts her way tonight. Shes a beautiful girl, and thank you for being a responsible owner and spaying her. You got rep points coming from this way also :D

Just limit her movement for a few days when she gets home and if you have other dogs make sure they are rough-housing with her. The wound needs a few days to heal, so just make her take it easy for awhile (yes, I know, easier said than done right!).

Thanks for the quick replys. I am betting that she will be bouncing around in no time as well, but I have the next couple of days off of work to make sure she isn't getting into to much trouble. She is crate trained so I am sure she will be more than happy to lounge around in there. My mom just has a lil lap dog, who is old and will not bother Nes at all. I am just a nervous mommy.
