Everyone is going to tell you to just wait til she is fully matured (around 12-18 months depending on the person). I'm starting mine (pulling my weight) at 12 months. What you want to do now is get her used to the harness and take her for plenty of walks. You might also want to start some obediance training, such as stay, come and sit.

We start ours about 7 months with putting the harness on and letting them get comfortable with that, walking them around, maybe putting a small chain, thin, maybe 3 feet long, with no weight and walking them up and down our driveway to get used to the sound behind them and start introducing some of the commands. We will walk them up and down our track, not hook them, but get them used to the chute and walking straight in and straight out, learning the commands. We never put any type of weight on them until about 12 months and they are comfortable with track and the commands.
Then the real work of training starts, gee.....weight pulling is alot of work.....why do we do this again?.....lol
