Man I don't understand anything about this reputation stuff. I mean is it a way to say who's got the best opinions or what. And what is the reason one certain persons posts won't come up due to some strange filter pertaining to reputation level?? PLEASE EXPLAIN.

A member's reputation level is reflected by his or her actions on the site. For instance if they like to harass other members or post a lot of stuff that is completely unnecessary, another member, who meets the requirements to make their reputation clicks count, can add what they think about the person. It is simply a way to inform other people about a user without starting any conflicts.
If a person gets a negitive reputation, other members are able to filter their posts. The default value is set to off, so if you never touch the setting, you will see everyone's post even if they have a negitive reputation level.
Hope this helps :)

Just a thought , but what about giving points (10 pts.) per reputation click? That might be enough to stimulate some action. JMO
