What are the best meds for this problem besides cleaning the areas and does dextrose play a part in the healing of such issues?

That would all depend on what was causing the problem. I'm not sure about the Dextrose thing....its just basically sugar......unless you meant Dexamethasone, which is an anti-inflammatory.

Yea, That is what I was looking for but found out about the dextrose as well. It can help in a dibilitated or weak dog. Where can I order the Dexamethasone without a prescription in hand?
