I was wondering if any one knew where i could get any updated books on game dogs. I would like some books that are more up to date. dont get me wrong i own all strantons books and a few others tha are out dated. i love those books and the history in them just looking for some updated reading material to add to my collection. thanks in advanced

yes it is writen by wildside kennels, also the rollbar book is a very good read from what i hear but is not cheap. a friend who bout it told me it was worth every penny he paid for it.

There's also the Crenshaw book, Colby book and all the T.L Williams books..The wildside book is a good one all you have to do to get that one is call ED. Samething with the Crenshaw, just call James......T.L Williams have a website on Lawless, If you want to contact him.....Infact I think they all have website's on Lawless...........YIS

Out of all the books mentioned, I'd still go with the WSK book for someone young into the dogs...there is good stories/history in there, and lots of good info to help you learn the basics...

And yes go order it from WSK...they have a link on lawless as well.
Its $50 I think but worth it.

Also be sure to check EBay for any of those books as well. I was able to find The Complete Gamedog on EBay and got it for $40 including shipping.
