Turtlebuster dogs have always been know for their mouth due to Fargo, but TB himself, Timex, and a lot of other dogs from TB lines have shown to be very game also. They are known for consistantly have an above average mouth. But its the same as any line some do some don't. ~ FARGO ~ This son of Turtlebuster and one of the hardest-biting dogs that has been seen in years. He is one of those rarest of dogs that can break bones in another Bulldog. Perhaps the only question about Fargo is his gameness because no dog has ever been able to give him enough opposition to test his gameness. As the old timers used to say, "I would have likes to have seen the dog that could find out if he was game!" Perhaps the greatest tribute to Fargo was paid by a supporter of his losing opponent who said, "He beat what I always considered an unbeatable dog." ~ Richard Stratton ~ K.G said he was the hardest biting he had ever seen, Fargo was killed along with his father and several others when K.G was ratted on.

She would stay out of holds until the chest was offered. She was a pretty damn incredible bulldog in my opinion....if you have been lucky enough to see any of her tapes it would be obvious that she was a very good bulldog.

First you say nothing but mouth.....then you say she was also game. Which one was it? I know the match you are talking about, and yes she showed a lot of mouth....hell I might even say that the other dog looked better than her, but she was a true bulldog. She would usually (unfortunately) stay out of holds more often than not if she couldn't hit the chest, but she was the real deal, and mouth wasn't her only attribute.

She had mouth, no wrestling ability, didn't seem very pit savy or intelligent. But she bit like a damn croc and showed gameness. She was a bulldog, and i'd love to have owned her, but she was (obviously) beatable by dogs with LESS mouth. I wasn't high on luther either. But the two dogs WERE bulldogs, not taking anything away. But show me the ability? Did she show it in her loss? Cuz I've seen her wins...

There are lines that are know for throwing a higher percentage of hard mouthed dogs than others, that's what I'm saying. And I agree no one should be breeding for just mouth.

Bad rosemary didnt open up the dogs ribs , she opened up the dogs chest. She was loosing the entire match , then she got a chest hold for about 45 sec and that was a wrap , the damage was done. big ol hole

Yes but ALL lines have dogs with hard mouth's sometimes they reproduce it but most likely not. I would rather base my yard on gameness then on mouth.
