springpole weighted vest or harness w or w/o sled

id sooner have the springpole first, followed by the harness. i'll p*** on the weighted vest.

anything weighted scars me, herd people having success with them but i dont think its necessary. In comparison i'd be lost without my springpole:D

weighted springpole runs the risk of hurtin teeth, they can get ripped out my friend especially at a young age, not to mention it could alter the growth if at an early stage, harness will only be part of the big picture, work on wind, stamina, muscle tone and strength will come with these goals, long walks, he'll pull you.

yea i have them out on the chain for bout 10 hrs a day than a 5 mile walk than back to the chain for her for 3 hrs than dinner time 1 cup proplan performance half scoop of nupro supplements 1 raw egg 16 oz of beef or chicken broth than in the crate for the night 3rd place was okay at the show for first time going just wanna get better specially since shes gonna be 2 by the next show so shell be showing with the 2-3yr olds

im not exactly a show guy, but i agree with those two, plus i add some swimming/hiking. the privacy on my land leashes arent necessary so its hard work they really enjoy cuz of the freedom allowed

never used a weighted vest im a fan of a spring pole treadmill and good road work
