that is true. i didnt think about that but i believe its more like 4-5 weeks. i only say this because my cousin breeds dalmatians and we can always tell who is going to have blue eyes when they get older. they actually change blues to a brighter, clearer blue when the ones that turn to brown darken up. but still like jaded said that doesnt make them rare. lol
