Have you ruled out parvo, coccidia, and worms (the last two are less likely with normal stool, but still common enough to be considered)? Some pups are known to contract parvo after being fully vaccinated. Also..is there anything else going on like loss of appetite, possible fever, abdominal pain, lethargy, or blood in the stool/vomit?

Sounds like you need to call the Vet...It might not be anything serious, but it just might be. So, call the vet just in case! Let us know how it goes.

Maybe you should try to monitor his water intake. If he's drinking a bowl of water in one sitting it could be upsetting his stomach and causing him to vomit. Try letting him have a little water at a time and see if that helps. Sometimes when I drink too much water at one time it makes me nausiated. Good luck!
Let me know how the vet trip goes. I've noticed one of my girls doing this. She's over a year old. If I let her drink a lot of water and then she runs around playing, she will vomit the water and food if she has just eaten too. Otherwise, she's perfectly healthy....no fever, has lots of energy, eats all of her food, and is her normal doggy self. So, I started giving her a little water before we play. After we are done playing, I will let her settle down and then give her food and water. This has seemed to help. Good luck!

ya i well let you know how my vet appoitment goes it is tommory so well see how it goes like you said i think alot of it might have to do with how much water he takes in i have one of those big 5 gallon water things u get at pet smart and he drinks so much of it at once i have been only filling the mouth part of it and slowing his water intake but its only been a day so no results yet ill let you all now. thanx for replying and showing concern

My dog is on the same feed and once in a while she will throw up a bunch of half digested food but it usually happens in the middle of the night which is weird. She only does it once and then wont do it again for a while. Everything else is fine with her so maybe your on to something thinking its the food. Hopefully the vet will be able to give you some answers.

my dog used to do this i took him to the vet and all it was, was he would eat too much then he would drink water and the food was expanding in his stomach which would cause him to puke...

Honestly i doubt it is anything serious,if he is wormed, and up to date on his shots i would get them checked with a stool samle and a titter count but i wouldn;t really be concerned.and if the pup is going to the bathroom normally and otherwise acting ok i would rule out a blockage but again still get it checked.what i would do myself is give small amounts of water like was allready stated and see if that doesn't help.a lot of dogs just can't handle a large amount of water no matter how thirsty they are.

is this the same dog that passed?? is this in relation to his vomiting?

ok look...forget about reducing food and water...stop food and water totally for 24 hours total...give the dog nothing at all...a total 24 hour fast...then after the dog is totally empty in its bowels and thirsty and hungry.... give the dog one cup of water first ....and then one cup of food....if it pukes you have an intestinal/ digestive problem...if not your dog is a pig and drinks too much and or eats too much....causing the puking...what did the vet say? did you go yet...??? is the dog totally up to date on its shots? if not that may be a problem....but regardless i agree if the dog acts normal as far as energy and habits go its probaly ok.... but make the dog fast for a day ...it wont kill it and you can start your feeding schedule over and make sure you feed and water when needed ...not just freely...that free eating/ drinking is a problem and drinking too much is just as bad as not drinking at all....so lemme know what the vet said and go thru a 24 hour fast and see what happens...the dog probaly just needs reset on a feeding/ drinking schedule...
