I recenly had my dogs chipped. I have had problems with dog thieves in the past and thought this might be a good idea to keep track of them. Does anyone else chip thier dogs?

If someone gets busted fighting your dogs you will get busted as well..Cuz you had the dog chipped in your name......

There has to be a way around that. Like if you reported the dog stolen. 99% of the time the cops wont help but i'm sure if a report is filed and someone did get busted fighting your dogs they'd put two and two together. Although youd still loose your dog either way becuase theres a big chance theyd put it down anyways.

I'm about to put a small tattoo on my dogs as an identifying mark. A small symbol or something cuz we have alot of dog theives here. Also good to take lots of pics of ur dog from all sides and have them handy ;)

I will never chip a dog or DNA a dog...If someone gets busted doing something illegal with your dogs its going to come back to you and being that you own, breed and raise these pitbull dogs the law is going to take you down also...Never trust or believe that the law will be on your side with these dogs...If you don't get busted, you can bet the law will be watching you and as soon as something goes wrong on your yard ( Yard Accident )they will swoop down on you fast to take you to jail...( Why do you have Breaking Stick's? Why do you have your dogs Chained Up? Why do you have a Tread Mill? ) Only dog fighter have those things.....Get yourself a good lawyer cuz your goin to need one

I have a ton of pics of my dogs. I won't chip or tattoo any of them, just in case. You never know what the future brings.

I believe KV Vet Supply carries the tattoo kits for dogs. I have some buddies that have used this and they say its very safe and painless. Unlike this one keenl I seen on Lawless that the guy actually tattoos his dogs with big markings on theri chest; which I think is uncalled for and wrong.
